We've compiled answers to our most frequently asked questions about visiting the islands of Krabi and using our speedboat services. Browse below to find what you're looking for, and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
Krabi is a tropical destination with two distinct seasons. The High Season (November to April) offers the best weather with calm seas, blue skies, and minimal rain—perfect for island hopping. The Green Season (May to October) brings more rainfall and occasional waves, but the scenery is lush and crowds are smaller. We operate year-round, weather permitting.
Most people can enjoy our tours! However, speedboat travel involves vibrations and occasional bumping on waves. Therefore, for safety reasons, our tours are strictly not suitable for:
Seniors (over 60) should be in good physical health. If you have any medical concerns, please consult us before booking.
If you are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend taking seasickness pills 30 minutes before departure. Speedboats are faster and can be bouncier than large ferries. We usually have basic pills available at the pier, but bringing your own preferred brand is a good idea.
Most speedboats do not have toilets on board due to their compact design intended for speed and beach landings. However, we make frequent stops at islands (like Poda Island, Phi Phi Don, or Hong Island) where public restrooms are available. Our larger ferries and transfer vessels usually have restroom facilities.
Many of our destinations (such as Phi Phi, Hong Islands, and Maya Bay) are within National Parks. Drone usage is strictly regulated and generally prohibited without prior written permission from the National Park Authority. Flying without a permit can result in heavy fines.
To ensure a comfortable day out, we recommend packing:
Tropical rain showers are common but often short. Tours will proceed if there is light rain. However, safety is our top priority. If the captain or Marine Department deems sea conditions unsafe (strong winds or high waves), the tour will be cancelled. In this case, you will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance. During Peak Season (December to January) and Thai holidays, seats fill up very quickly, so booking 1 week in advance is advisable to guarantee your spot.
Yes! We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off for hotels in the main Ao Nang area.
Surcharge Areas: Pickups from Krabi Town, Klong Muang, and Tubkaek Beach usually incur a surcharge (approx. 100-200 THB per person) due to the distance.
Railay Beach: Since cars cannot access Railay, guests staying there will need to take a longtail boat to meet us at a designated pier (usually Ao Nam Mao or Ao Nang) or book a tour that specifically departs from Railay.
Pickups are shared transfers, meaning the driver collects guests from multiple hotels. A delay of 10-15 minutes can happen due to traffic or other guests being late.
If the driver is more than 15 minutes late, please call our hotline immediately at +66 81 890 7640 so we can track the vehicle for you.
For Day Tours: Space is very limited. We recommend bringing only a small day bag. Large suitcases cannot be accommodated on island-hopping tours.
For Transfers (e.g., Krabi to Phi Phi): You can bring standard luggage. However, if you have excessive or oversized baggage, please inform us in advance as a surcharge may apply or a private boat may be required.
Entrance fees to National Parks (e.g., Hat Noppharat Thara-Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park) are
mandatory for foreign visitors. Unless your booking confirmation specifically states
"National Park Fees Included," these must be paid in cash (Thai Baht) directly to the park rangers on the day of the tour.
Current rates (subject to change): Adult ~400 THB, Child ~200 THB.
Yes! Our buffet lunches are generally Halal-friendly (no pork) and include chicken, fish, and vegetables. If you are Vegetarian or Vegan, please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare a special box for you if the buffet options are limited.
We understand plans change.
To cancel or reschedule, please email us with your booking reference.
Online bookings can be paid securely via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal. For last-minute bookings made locally or via WhatsApp, we may accept Thai Bank Transfer or Cash on the morning of the tour (subject to confirmation).
We provide basic accident insurance for all passengers as required by Thai Law. However, this coverage is limited. We strongly recommend that you have your own comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and water sports/adventure activities.
